Other Terms and Conditions
- Payment: Annual payment of 2010-2011 membership dues is as follows: 25% plus applicable taxes due with application, the remaining balance of 75% plus applicable taxes due in equal quarterly payments.
- Course Access: Six-Day golf access is valid every day and time of the year the golf course is open to the public with noted exception for Junior Golf Membership. Scissortail reserves the right to close the course for special events or maintenance as necessary. Members will be given notice of closings as far in advanced as possible.
- Tee Time Reservations/Cancellations: Each member has the capability of reserving tee times up to 10 days in advanced. Scissortail Golf Club reserves the right to pair all singles, twosomes and threesomes. When reserving tee times, members are responsible for the numbers of players booked. If fewer than the number reserved are going to play, it is the member's responsibility to call the golf shop at least 24 hours in advance to cancel some or all the tee time reservation. Members who fail to do so may be charged a no-show fee, or have tee time reservation access suspended.
- Checking In: All members and their guests are required to check-in at the golf shop prior to play. No person may play any part of the golf course without first registering.
- Dress Code/Pace of Play: Members and their guests are expected to abide by the club's posted dress code at all times while at the club, and to maintain an appropriate pace of play while playing the course.
- USGA CHIN Handicap: All Scissortail members are eligible for a USGA handicap. Players who do not record a handicap by entering in all scores into the system may not be eligible for all member events Scissortail Golf Club reserves the right to add to or modify these terms and conditions and any rule, operating days and hours, or membership pricing or benefits at any time.
